An Opt-Out/ Withdrawal option is also available in the circumstance that you wish to withdraw your Personal Information from our database under the terms and conditions of this policy.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, ALO shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of ALO and shall include, inter alia, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.

We put in place measures such that your Personal Information, which is in our possession or under our control, is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as and in any case, within 5 (five) years of it being reasonable to assume that; (i) The Purpose for which that Personal Information was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such Personal Information; and (ii) The retention is no longer necessary for any other reason, including applicable law.
